Cleaning Professionals with Universal Cleans Pte Ltd platform do not bring cleaning supplies to appointments. Customers need to provide the cleaning products and machinery. you’d like your cleaner to use your own products, please add a note to your appointment with relevant instructions.

The amount of time it takes to clean your home, and what can be done in that time, depends on a number of factors. The following list outlines common tasks our cleaners perform on the job:

  • Cleaning toilets, showers, and sinks
  • Dusting all surfaces
  • Wiping down all mirrors and glass surfaces/furniture
  • Vacuuming/Cleaning floors
  • Taking out garbage

Bedrooms & Common Areas

  • General dusting of all surfaces
  • Wiping down mirrors and glass surfaces/furniture
  • Vacuuming / Cleaning floors
  • Taking out garbage

Kitchen

  • General dusting of all surfaces
  • Washing dishes / loading dishwasher
  • Cleaning exterior surfaces (stove, cabinets, fridge)
  • Vacuuming / Cleaning floors
  • Taking out garbage
  • Extras (Upon request and given time constraints)

No, you don’t have to be home.

You can leave us instructions for what you want your Cleaning Professional to focus on, and you can leave an entry note for how to get in.

The most common ways our clients let their Cleaning Professional in are:

  • Leave a hidden key
  • Leave the door unlocked
  • Be home to let the cleaner in

*Cleaning Professionals passed a criminal background check and have been thoroughly reviewed by us .

You can choose a new date & time, change your cleaner, or completely cancel your request, by contacting us via WhatsApp @ 8714 2929

As a courtesy to your Cleaning Professional, we ask you to be please be considerate when requesting last-minute changes.

Important: You can only change your cleaner or initiate a cleaner rematch 24 hours or so before the appointment start time.

If you’re looking to cancel your weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning plan, we’d ask that you first consider:

  • Universal Cleans works with hundreds of cleaning professionals in your area. We’re confident that with a few tries, you will find one that meets your needs. And, once you’ve found the right cleaner for you, you can request to have them back on an ongoing basis.
  • Looking to change your plan’s frequency? It’s simple to change how frequently your appointments occur by click on our app.

At Universal Cleans, your satisfaction is our top priority.  With that said, contact us to cancel your plan!  Please note that any existing appointments will remain booked until you cancel them individually.

If your appointment has ended but you’re not satisfied, we ask that you start by contacting us first. Often times, your cleaner can come back and do a fixup or touchup.

Please keep in mind that when you choose to involve Universal Cleans, you agree to accept the decision that we reach, and understand that all decisions are final.

If your Cleaning Professional was late to your appointment, they will stay overtime to complete the full number of hours booked,  if your schedule permits.

We apologize for any lapse in service.  You should not have to deal with uncertainty around your schedule.

 

To be clear, if your cleaner did not arrive for your appointment:

 

1) You will not be charged for your appointment.

 

2) We will work with you to create a Priority Request appointment at a time of your choosing.

 

3) Since reporting a no-show will result in a 1-star review for your cleaner, we ask that you wait 60 minutes for your cleaner to arrive before submitting a no-show.
